01.Are roles remote, hybrid or in-office?

Most roles are on-site at our Chandigarh or Ludhiana offices. Sales, site and design roles include field travel. Internal corporate functions can be hybrid after a 3-month ramp.

Yes. We run a structured 2-week induction covering solar fundamentals, MNRE / DISCOM processes and our sales playbook. Sales, documentation and field-engineering roles regularly take freshers from B.Tech, B.Com and BBA backgrounds.

We benchmark to the 75th percentile for Chandigarh / Ludhiana for the role and experience band. Sales and PM roles add uncapped performance pay on top of fixed CTC. We share the exact band once we've understood your level.
