• Follow up with prospects until order confirmation.
• Maintain daily visit reports and update customer information in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Represent Vermson Energy professionally during meetings, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Eligibility
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Solar, Electrical, EPC, Construction, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or Building Materials.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.

Vermson Energy is looking for a detail-oriented Net Metering & Subsidy Executive to manage the complete documentation and approval process for residential and commercial solar projects. The role involves coordinating with DISCOMs, handling MNRE subsidy applications, maintaining customer documentation, and ensuring timely project approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end DISCOM net-metering application and approval processes.
• Process MNRE residential solar subsidy applications and ensure compliance with government guidelines.
• Collect, verify, and maintain all customer documents required for project approvals.
• Coordinate with customers, installation teams, and DISCOM officials for smooth processing.
• Track application status and proactively resolve documentation or approval issues.
• Prepare and submit online applications, forms, and compliance documents.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, and MIS.
• Ensure timely completion of net-metering approvals and subsidy disbursement processes.
• Keep updated with the latest MNRE, DISCOM, and state electricity board regulations.
• Provide customers with regular updates regarding their application status.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Diploma/B.Tech preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in solar documentation, net-metering, or subsidy processing.
• Experience with DISCOM portals and MNRE processes is preferred.
• Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and online government portals.
