01.Can't I just wash my panels with water and a brush?

You can — but tap water leaves mineral deposits that build up worse than dust, and detergents strip the anti-reflective coating. Our deionised-water rigs leave panels factory-clean without scratching glass or damaging the AR layer. Plus, climbing your own roof every fortnight is its own problem.

On most rooftops, yes — within the first quarter. A neglected 5 kW system loses ~₹1,500–2,500/month in soiling alone. The Plus AMC plan typically costs less than that per month. The math gets even better on commercial plants.

Yes — about a third of our AMC clients have third-party installs. We start with a free 1-hour health-check audit: panel condition, inverter logs, wiring, earthing. You get a written report and a quote. No obligation to sign up.

Warranty covers defects — if a panel physically fails, the manufacturer replaces it. AMC covers performance — cleaning, monitoring, fault diagnosis, fixing anything that's stopping the plant from generating what it was designed to. Most warranty claims actually go through faster when an AMC provider files them, because we know exactly what data the manufacturer needs.

Annual is the default (cleaning is seasonal and needs a 12-month cadence), but we offer multi-year contracts at a 10–15% discount, and one-off cleaning-only visits if you want to try us out first.
